Brian Williams Takes On Gymnastics

Do you watch the news? Ever? Or are you thinking "Who watches the news--- EVER?"

Well, I watch the news. NBC World News to be exact, whenever I'm not watching local news.

I have enough courage, memory, and observance to be a stalker. It's true. I have short-term memory loss,  so I can't get far with stalking and am no one to be afraid of. I'm a Christian girl, promise me, I won't stalk you! But, I do notice things. And, I do remember important things. There's people's addresses that I memorize just by looking at an envelope, (but only if I set my mind to it) and there are tiny things I notice--- a slight breath from the background vocals in a band, the picture frame far in the distance in a movie, and everything in between.

Well, here's something I noticed on the news last night. Somebody retired from the NBC office that had something to do with the Olympics and was a sports anchor or something. Well, Mr. Williams was talking about what the dude would talk about and such. Wanna know one?

"...Whether the Romanian gymnast would stick her landing on the parallel bars..."

What's wrong here? If you're a gymnast, you already know. The words that stick out to the experienced gymnast are: "Her" and "Parallel bars".

So what was wrong? Girls don't use the parallel bars--- only guys do! Girls use asymmetric bars---the uneven bars---and guys use parallel bars.

Brian, you are my favorite anchor, but you have yet to learn about gymnastics, LoL!
~~~
You know you're a gymnast when you get humor out of things like this.
Hope!
